Broil King barbecues are designed for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Loaded with features, Broil King is the product of years of thought, attention to detail, quality material and impressive workmanship.

Broil King cooking grids are different. Made of Porcelain coated cast iron, they are designed to heat evenly, quickly searing meats to lock in succulent juices and natural flavors. These grids are grooved and can be angled to channel excess fat away from food .

Three Different Cooking Systems are used to enhance that Outdoor Cooked Flavor that you cannot get from any other grill. The Imperial series use the Flav-R-Cast system - A cast Iron anti-Flare diffuser That looks like charcoal Briquets. The Soverign And Regal Series use a heavy Stainless Steel Flav-R-Wave system designed to allow juices more time to vaporize and flavor your food. The Porta-Chef uses this system also but the Flav-R-Wave is Porcelain Coated. The Crown Series use Ceramic Briquets to achieve the same effect.

Heavy-Duty extra deep castings give better cooking performance at all heat levels.
The extra deep oven allows the burner and cooking system to be located further from the food for better heat control and reduced flare-ups. The extra depth also allows you to cook large turkeys and roasts with ease.

The heart of every Broil King grill is its burner. With a figure eight shaped, all stainless-steel burner with at least 380 gas ports, the Soverign 30 will heat up to 600* in just 5 minutes! Perfect for searing steaks, and most burners have a full 5 year warranty.

Now that food charring flare-ups and uneven heat distribution are essentially eliminated, you can barbecue with confidence whole roasts, turkeys, legs of lamb, fish, steaks chops, seafood, vegetables and more.

The versatility of the Broil King cooking system makes it easy to enjoy a great barbecue every time.

Broil King makes a grill to fit every need and pocketbook. Listed here are the models that we keep on hand. If there is something else that you desire, it can be special ordered. All models are available in Propane or Natural Gas. Propane models will always be on a cart. Natural models are available on a cart also, but the most common configuration is a post or patio mount.
